Shipping Policy for Derpy Products

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. First and foremost, if you have a TIME SENSITIVE ORDER and you want to be sure it will arrive on time, please call us and one of our representatives will assist you. While we can only guarantee what parts of the process we can control, we can give you a pretty close scenario as to what will happen, what shipping methods to select at checkout, and if the items you tell us you need by a certain time should arrive.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Generally we try to process in stock items same day, as long as the order is placed before 2pm EST. Shipping cutoff times and when our carriers pickup at our facility may vary.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Approximate delivery times will also be displayed but these are NOT a guarantee in any way.  Add processing times to these dates.

Shipment method

We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Rates and transit times may vary. Within the 48 US States, we recommend using UPS but we also want you to have a choice. The choice of carrier to use is yours, and delays by the carriers for any reason are out of our control and not our responsibility. We will do everything in our power to assist you with lost or damaged packages, but unless you select and pay extra for signature confirmation or insurance, we are not responsible for charges incurred on lost or damaged items nor do we pay anything additional for insurance or signature confirmation.  Do not assume your package is insured, it is not unless you pay additionally to have it insured.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Derp Products is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Derpy Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If needed, we will do our best to help you out with any claims to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. although our rules are a bit stricter to which countries we will ship to and which we will not. Also, first time customers with orders in excess of $49 must pay with a secure payment method. For example, Paypal with a Verified Account using a CONFIRMED Shipping Address, Wire Transfer, or Western Union.
