Returns

Return are not accepted for any reason, all sales are final unless of course we provided you the incorrect item.  In this occurrence, you will need to contact us in writing and start the RMA process within 3 business days from receipt of the incorrect item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days of our decision. Please understand credit card companies and banks can sometimes take up to 30 days to apply your refund or credit.

Paypal has recently changed policies where they keep ALL fees incurred in the case of partial and full refunds.  Any payments made via Paypal will be final, and no refunds will be given unless you agree to incur these fees yourself as the payee. We can offer store credit or we will leave any overages on file as credit to be used towards future purchases without any fees or penalties.  I wish this was not the case, but we have to live with the policies Paypal has set for us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@xenocron.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Any on-sale, clearance or overstock items cannot ever be returned or refunded.  ALL SALES FINAL.

To return your product, you should first obtain an RMA Ticket # and ship your product with tracking (at your expense) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and ANY payment processor fees for refunds for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs of shipping we incurred will be deducted from your refund amount even if the item your ordered included free shipping.  Payment processors often charge fees on refunds as well, for example Paypal has recently changed their policy on refunds where the vendor is still charged the processing fees.  You will be responsible for these fees if we have to refund money.  If you use your return for an exchange or credit, then these fees would not apply.

You should always use trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning an item to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item under any circumstances.
